Office Manager - Creative Agency

Wonderful opportunity for an Office Manager to join a Creative Design agency on a 3 - 6 month contract. Based on site, the successful candidate will have First Aid and Fire Warden training and certificates. The incoming OM will be a crucial part of the agency as the go-to-person and will be a competent decision maker, problem solver and confident front of house manager. As well as traditional office support, you will be expected to get involved with major agency projects and coordinate company-wide social events.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
  • Ensuring the agency is kept immaculate at all times.
  • Liaising with third party suppliers to coordinate access to the office, where necessary.
  • Managing the switchboard and acting as a gatekeeper for the agency.
  • Checking meeting rooms are clean and prepared for meetings.
  • Manage IT troubleshooting and computer set up throughout the agency.
  • Franking and sending out post daily.
  • Checking stock levels and ensuring office supplies are managed appropriately.
  • Managing agency subscription log-ins and subscriptions to ensure renewals are done in a timely manner and with authorisation.
  • Ad-hoc duties (raising PO's, expenses etc).
  • Manual tasks, such as moving office furniture and setting up for client events.
  • Attending quarterly tenant's meetings & liaising with the wider building management.

Key Experience: -

  • 2+ years in a similar position.
  • First Aid and Fire Warden training and certificates.
  • Previous experience working for a creative agency.
  • Previous experience managing tradespeople and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong IT Skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
