Part Time Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Handle Recruitment are pleased to be working with the governing body which oversees audience research for the published media industry to source a Part Time EA and Office Manager.

This person will offer day-day logistical support to the CEO and senior management team (Client Services Director & Research Director) and on occasion to the wider team. Key aspects of the role will focus around diary and meeting management and office facilities management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • EA responsibilities for the CEO including; Diary management, Travel arrangements, Compiling of presentations, Stakeholder liaison etc.
  • Support to Senior Management team, including diary management, when required
  • Organising monthly company meetings
  • Managing invoices and expenses
  • Organising and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office
  • Supporting the wider team when needed including organisation of company events

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sufficient/significant experience in a similar role, ideally within publishing
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under extreme pressure and prioritise to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (advanced excel skills desirable)
  • Excellent analytical skills alongside the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Highly organised and resilient with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
