Are you a People Analyst with end to end payroll knowledge looking for a part time role within a global Ecommerce business?

Here at Handle we have partnered with this instantly recognisable ecommerce business who are looking for a People Analyst to join the wider HR Operations team on a part time basis. You will be Responsible for all People data capture, collection and analysis to show key metrics as well as processing end to end payroll and maintaining employee data on the payroll and HR systems.

You will provide crucial reports for each business division and analyse data to provide accurate insights, You will work in collaboration with other teams in the business to develop analytical reporting frameworks to help understand and monitor people data, in order to improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Gathering and analysing data from across the businesses, to provide accurate insights
  • End-to-end payroll processing
  • Dealing with payroll enquiries from employees
  • Provide support on annual compensation and reward projects and processes
  • Participate in creation of reward programs and broader reward projects
  • Manage the process of starters and leavers
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in current processes

The ideal candidate will be highly numerate with exceptional Excel knowledge, will have great experience in payroll management, the ability to analyse data and have excellent communication skills.
