Handle are excited to be partnering with a leading global entertainment organisation who are going through an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join their team based in London.
Reporting in to the Reward and Payroll Manager this role will be responsible for processing payroll across European locations. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all payroll and benefit queries, setting up all new starters on the payroll system and will be providing an effective and efficient delivery of payroll procedures and services to all staff.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Owning the payroll process
- Pension payments
- Support with the administration of benefits
- Process the payroll journal at the end of the month
- Work closely with the wider HR team
- Monthly update of benefit and payroll
To be successful you will have experience with the administration of payroll and benefits and have a good level of understanding across multiple HR areas, have strong Microsoft skills including Excel, be able to prioritise work effectively and have excellent attention to detail. Ultimately, an outstanding Payroll Assistant should be able to manage all aspects of payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
