A an exciting new role at one of my global media clients has opened up for a friendly and experienced Product Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity based in Chiswick to work for a global leader in media, sports, events and fashion.
You'll be joining as a key member of a fast-moving and motivated team; taking responsibility for creating user-focused, data-informed experiences across a number of services (including websites, mobile and TV apps, CRM and more), with a reach of over 2 million users.
You need to be passionate about design, extremely organised and able to self-manage, effectively balancing your time between fast ideation and exact execution. You'll understand that effective designs are both functional and innovative; engaging and inspiring users.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Designing effortless user journeys and bringing them to life with an elegant style that reflects our brand.
- Collaborating with the Design and wider Product team to distribute insights and findings across the organisation
- Understanding behavioural patterns across different contexts and workflows and use these findings to help us improve our products
- Working with stakeholders to understand the needs of our users and the business.
- Working closely with engineers and product managers to deliver technically feasible designs and oversee development through to launch and beyond.
- Keeping our design systems consistent and organised.
Skills and Requirements
- 3-5 years digital product design experience
- Comfortable performing UX research, experience producing user flows, information architecture and wireframes to solve problems.
- Demonstrable experience creating elegant interfaces and engaging interactions that delight users.
- Proficient in Figma as a design and prototyping tool.
- Experience working within a product development team, alongside engineers and product managers.
- Experience designing across platforms, including web, mobile and TV.
- Experience using data to inform design decisions.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
