As a Receptionist your role will include:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors to the building
- ID checks and guest sign-in/out
- Supporting your colleagues with room bookings and meeting setup
- Management of Reception inbox and phone line
- Ad-hoc admin to support wider teams
What makes a great Receptionist?
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Highly organised with good timekeeping
- Excellent all-round communication skills
- Confident in MS Outlook and ideally a meeting room management system and switchboard
