Handle are partnering with this iconic music brand, looking to hire an immediately available or on a short notice Recruiter on a 12 month temp basis.
This role is to support through a busy period and will mainly be delivery focused particularly for the first couple of months. There may then be the opportunity to get involved in intern projects, processes etc and provide ideas and initiatives towards this.
You will be covering junior/ intern/ entry level roles across the creative, music space. Ideal candidate can work autonomously, has hands on direct recruitment experience and may have had experience running intern rec projects/ assessment days.
This is an exciting opportunity for a 360 Recruiter who is passionate about Music, has a positive can do attitude and flexible approach with recruitment.
About you:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to 'think outside the box' when sourcing candidates
- 2 years experience of recruiting within the creative/ music/ film ideally
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of Hiring Managers
- Creative flair and are able to suggest ideas for potential assessment days/ intern projects
- Someone with an understanding of employer branding/ D&I initiatives would be highly advantageous
