Handle are excited to be working with a fantastic, leading Media company who are looking for a bright Recruiter to join their team. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from advertising roles through to making offers of employment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment campaigns to meet the overall strategy and talent requirements.
- Develop and demonstrate a comprehensive working knowledge of the strategies and goals of each business area and apply this knowledge to the resourcing strategy.
- Provide hiring managers with best practice guidance and the relevant recruitment activity in the recruitment cycle
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and manage their expectations and demands
- To work in collaboration with the Recruitment team and People Partners to define the over-arching recruitment service
- Engage with the People Partner and business to identify and influence opportunities to change and improve recruitment practices.
- To facilitate the offer process and ensure the new starter process commences in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records on all recruitment activity
- Contribute to and potentially lead on wider HR projects and initiative.
The Successful candidate will have significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant from both in house and agency, you will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills
