Handle are working with a fast-growing Tech organisation who are looking for a delivery focused Recruiter to join the team on a permanent basis.This is a great role for someone keen to develop a career within recruitment in a Tech based industry.
The key part to this role is someone who is really good at delivery and candidate focused. All roles you will be recruiting for are contracts, so will require quick turnarounds, and will have a Tech focus (Engineers, Product, UX/UI etc.).
They are passionate about developing their employees and have a fantastic progression plan in place. They have a brilliant culture and are looking for someone who is in line with their values: - respectful, mindful, caring, inclusive.
You must have at least 6-19 months recruitment experience within Tech, having worked in a delivery-led environment - focusing on candidate management/community management/customer relationship management.
You will have demonstrable experience as an established performer with strong communication skills who proactively builds relationships.
