The Reservation executive or 'MatchMaker' is a guests first touch point before making a booking, so it is essential to the business and brand that the team are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. You will assist guests up until the point which the booking is made via LiveChat, email, and on the phone, with the aim of generating sales for the business.
Like a Michelin Guide, but for homes. Every home in a destination goes through a systematic vetting process, which includes identifying candidate homes through proprietary AI, interviewing hosts and sending Home Critics to visit and test nominated homes in person.

The role will include:
- Responding to high volumes of inbound leads via LiveChat, email, and on the phone with a goal of converting them to bookings
- Managing all stages of the sales process from qualifying, needs analysis, finding solutions, objection handling, and closing
- Answering basic questions about different homes, amenities, neighbourhoods, travel distances etc
- Assisting with any booking or payment challenges
- Chasing hosts to respond to booking requests
- Finding alternative homes for a guest if a host has declined a booking request
The Right Person
You will excel in this role if you:
