Can you create magical shopping experiences? We're looking for enthusiastic Sales & Ticketing Assistants to join this iconic entertainment company in Central London.
This will be for an immediate start. You will need to be available on weekends. 20 hours per week until early September 2022.
The successful applicant should demonstrate exceptional customer service, teamwork, communication and sales technique. Previous experience working within the entertainment industry is not essential and we welcome candidates with experience in customer care and retail/sales.
Duties will include:
- Selling and answering questions on products
- Processing transactions
- Keeping the shop in stock and organised
- Ensuring customers have an amazing experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Retail or customer service experience
- Great communication and team working skills
- Organised and able to work under pressure
