Sales Coordinator - TV Entertainment
EMEA - Specific Territories
If you have lived or worked in, or have the experience working with the Balkans, Greek, Middle-Eastern, African, Israeli or Turkish territories and you are looking to gain experience in the international television market as well as working with one of the UK's leading distribution companies. This a fantastic opportunity to do just that and gain excellent experience in TV and Entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales contract management
- Preparation of availability lists and sales reports for new sales opportunities
- Be responsible for accurate entry of deals
- Be responsible for ensuring sales progress, tracking of content pitching and managing sales contacts
- The key liaison with other departments as required to ensure the smooth running of deals
- Assist finance on license fees
- General assistance to sales managers
- Client contact database management
- Meeting and travel arrangement support
- Assist with sales presentations
- Expense reports
- Make notes in internal meetings
You will have
- Interest in sales and distribution
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A second language from one of these territories would be desirable but not essential
