We're on the look out for an experienced Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable Accountant to join a growing film & media production group.
Joining the hybrid, London-based team, the ideal candidate will have experience in cash book management, customer account maintenance, invoicing, and debt chasing.
Please be advised that this will be a 12 month maternity cover role, so you will need to be immediately available.
Responsibilities:
Customer account maintenance and cash reconciliation
Debt chasing and management in collaboration with Sales Ledger Manager
Daily cashbook updates and accurate posting
Assisting with invoicing process as needed
Preparation of reports and updates for Sales Ledger Manager
Posting invoices and account opening for new customers
Requirements:
2-3+ years experience in a sales ledger / credit control environment (media/creative industry preferred)
Proven experience in complex cashbook management and successful debt chasing
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
