A fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Executive Assistant, to join a Global Tech Giant's Advertising division!

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant who is super organised and professional, resourceful, efficient, flexible and who will thrive in a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 5 year's experience supporting at senior level- ideally with recent exposure to Technology and/ or Media.

The position is to provide 1:1 support to a Senior Exec, and with some occasional support to other Executives as and when required.

This is a temporary contraction for a duration of 12 months, covering maternity leave. Due to start at the end of February/ beginning of March.

Advanced systems and software skills are required, including MS Office, Mac Books, and Keynote.

  • Direct experience taking care of sensitive and conflicting situations in a diplomatic manner
  • Strong Keynote, Pages and Excel skills

  • Experience of working with remote teams
  • Patience and a positive approach

The role will involve handling and maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information, proactively managing team support, and on-boarding new employees.
