Fantastic opportunity for a highly creative, self-starting Senior Marketing Manager to lead artist release marketing campaigns within an established music and entertainment company.
Heading up a creative team of social media and community management, you'll work closely on frontline album campaigns. This will include tour and festival marketing, audience development, partnerships/sponsorships and CRM strategy.
Key features:
- Continuously evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting results back to the senior management team
- Devise and implement audience growth strategies for our label brands and playlists
- Create and execute marketing strategies for major festival events and tours in collaboration with our partners and promoters
The ideal candidate will:
- Have detailed marketing experience at a record label or specialist entertainment marketing agency
- Have experience managing and developing teams
- Be organised and business-oriented with an eye for detail
