Handle are proud to partner with an international leader in film & entertainment, who wish to appoint a creative, highly skilled Social Media Assistant on a permanent basis!

We're keen to hear from candidates who have a genuine passion for film and cinema, coupled with strong social media and customer service experience.

The role will involve responding to inbound customer service queries via varying social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Proven ability in prioritising a heavy workload, juggling multiple demands and taking ownership of tasks to meet deadlines whilst supporting others is essential.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to inbound communications from Instagram/Facebook/Twitter
  • Using digital platforms to process customer requests
  • Ability to deal with a wide and diverse range of enquiries to a high standard of customer service covering all areas of the business

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Previous experience in the social media landscape
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • A flair for outstanding customer service
  • Attention to detail and strong written literacy skills
  • Strong ability to retain and communicate information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning, and task delegation
  • Passion for social media content
  • A genuine interest and up to date knowledge of film and cinema

This is a permanent position, due to start ASAP (ideally by 15th December), but we will consider candidates on notice, with view to start in January.

In regards to location- this can be very flexible. The role can be based full time/ a few days each week in our client's beautiful office in West London. Alternatively, full time remote working is an option, but with the expectation to spend 1-2 days per month at the office.
