Handle are excited to have partnered with an scaling Tech start up who are on the lookout for a Sourcer to join their team, this role can be hybrid working or fully remote.
Working alongside an existing Talent team, you will be responsible for sourcing leadership hires, engaging with senior candidates and be passionate about building strong talent pools of both active and passive candidates. The Sourcer acts as a real brand ambassador, delivering the most amazing candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic talent mapping of the industry and competitive landscape
- Develop a deep understanding of the market fit in order to communicate with and engage passive talent
- Create sourcing strategy
- Build and maintain best practices to help build the sourcing team and strategy
- Understand your pipeline metrics and have the ability to adjust focus accordingly
Requirements:
- Experience working with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs
- Passion for building a consistent, diverse, and high level pipeline
- Ability to engage passive talent with written and verbal communication skills
- Heart for belonging and inclusion
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Sourcing experience, be highly organised, self-motivated and have strong communication skills.
