We're working with a leading Advertising Agency based in South East London who are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Studio Assistant. The role will be ongoing for 6 months and be based on-site.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Setting up the Studio each morning (staging, furniture, props, LED)
  • Work with production teams on creative set up
  • Keeping the space tidy for use by clients, partners and agencies (cleaning coffee machine, removing any glasses/mugs and stocking up coffee/tea, removing any waste, ensuring surfaces and items are wiped down for COVID compliance)
  • Troubleshoot any issues by liaising with facilities and security
  • Assist guests with access to printers and liaise with IT on any issues
  • Book in guests to the building and welcoming them to Studios from reception
  • Making sure guests are feel comfortable in the space, be available for coffee/ food runs and any props or furniture (when required)
  • Manage the expenses and light diary management (TBC) of the VP Marketing, Global Senior Director and Studio Manager
  • Maintain stock levels

About the Studio Assistant:

  • Reliable and adaptable
  • Facilities experience is desirable but not required

Opportunities:

  • Shadow and join event calls with Studio Manager to understand the production and logistics of events in Studios
  • Opportunity to work on Event admin, such as research tasks; data entry tasks and purchasing or bookings for events
