SVP Programme & Delivery - Broadcast Media

We currently have a SVP Programme and Delivery role available for a high profile Media Broadcast company with UK headquarters in London. Leading the entire programme of work, this is a great opportunity to contribute to various high profile Lean / Kanban delivery projects as they continue to expand.

The right candidate will have a strong Agile background with a particular focus towards Lean / Kanban / Scrumban process & ideology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day oversight of the Programme and Technical Project Management team
  • Define the overarching delivery methodology and coach the delivery management team
  • Define responsibilities and set direction across multiple pillars
  • Manage a globally distributed team
  • Strong Agile background
  • Adherence to Lean/Kanban processes and ideology
  • Lead on the execution and delivery of the entire programme of work
  • Own the departmental programme plan - evaluating and determining key milestones, interdependencies, and releases. Oversee all development and deployment, ensure timely delivery, and report on progress.
  • Ensure alignment from wider teams (marketing, customer service, legal) around implications and progress against deliverables.
  • Own the processes and documentation for project plans, reports, and departmental updates.

Desirable:

  • Broadcast / OTT / Streaming experience
