Tableau Developer

We are working with a leading UK retailer, looking to add a tableau developer to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading brands in online retail.

The role:

The Tableau Developer will be responsible for enhancing the proposition through the addition of high production value Tableau dashboards, reviewing the existing portfolio of dashboards and optimising, enhancing and upgrading as required. They will need to guide the data insights team on required table structures, metrics and levels of aggregation to ensure all dashboards function seamlessly. They will also be developing the client's internal reporting suite of dashboards, and be responsible for encouraging adoption of new ways of working and developing future data-products that solve real business problems.



Requirements:

  • Extensive commercial experience working with Tableau at an advanced level - ideally with certification but not essential
  • Experience in maintaining and administering a Tableau Online/Server environment
  • Experience in designing optimal Tableau dashboards and data models
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Solid understanding of SQL desirable but not essential
  • Commercial experience in an FMCG retail environment highly desirable
