Handle have partnered with this creative agency based in Brighton who are on the lookout for a new proactive and creative Recruiter. This role requires you to work 2 days in the office in Brighton, 3 days remote. As Talent manager this person will have a broad remit managing the full recruitment lifecycle for this creative agency of c100 employees. Reporting to the Head of People, you will work closely with the business, and have real autonomy when it comes to creating the recruitment strategy and developing their employer brand.

They would love this TA Manager to help them elevate what they have in place already, especially helping them look at their DE&I agenda, ensuring they are tapping into a broad talent pool, looking at their early careers and apprenticeship scheme, and developing an employer brand.

It's a typical agency environment, really fast-paced and relationship-focused. You'll be someone who loves getting to know a business and working really closely with managers offering hands-on support and coaching.

Ideal candidates will have in house experience worked in an creative agency environment and understand the typical roles like paid media, account management, insights, project manager etc. It's a proper 360 end to end TA role, so definitely someone who is happy to roll up sleeves and deliver, as well as working more strategically with the support of the Head of People.

If you are a solid Talent Partner with experience working in a creative company and are looking for a career defining role where you can take full ownership of the Recruitment function, this is the role for you!
