- An experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with demonstrated experience managing multiple vacancies
- Experience making hires within Fintech, retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- A delivery focused individual who enjoys working at pace
- Highly driven with the ability to work with autonomously
