Are you an experienced Talent Coordinator looking to join an award-winning, independent communications agency based in London?
A brand new permanent opportunity has arisen within an award winning PR & Digital Agency to join and support the team with end to end Talent coordination.
Working alongside their Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Manager, you will be responsible for supporting them with end to end coordination such as; oversee agency applications, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and take ownership of the Freelance market.
They need someone who can manage the end to end process for freelancers and own the IR35 process e.g. SES tests, IR35 processes and contracts etc. The majority of these freelance needs will be in the design & creative space - if you don't have experience with this then they can train you on this.
They may also need some recruitment support for their junior scheme which will be entry level hiring. The focus of this role though will be admin centric and more about being the facilitator and managing the freelancer processes.
You will have a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to build strong relationships easily, while exercising a high level of discretion.
The ideal candidate:
Previous Talent Coordination experience
Excellent ATD and communications skills
Be happy managing admin (inc. IR35 contracts) - experience using Adobe Sign is ideal
Be completely comfortable managing Outlook calendars to book interviews
Know their way around Microsoft Teams
