Handle have partnered with a leading Media Company who are looking for a creative and agile Talent Manager to come on board. You will manage end to end recruitment for a wide variety of positions across the business at all levels, as well as lead on talent projects with the support from the wider HR team.

This is an exciting 360 role that will require you to partner with hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering a high-quality search & selection process whilst delivering a top-class candidate experience.

You will take full responsibility for introducing fresh talent to the business through direct headhunting, using innovative sourcing methods as well as building relationships with specialist agencies for the more niche and senior roles.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Provide an incredible candidate experience, promoting the company's culture and values
  • Proactively develop quality talent pipelines for business-critical job types
  • Own the recruitment process for each role you are recruiting for
  • Ensure a structured and smooth recruitment process, both for the hiring managers and candidates
  • Be an expert user of our recruitment software, ensuring all necessary information is recorded as well as high levels of data integrity.
  • Work with your line manager to always better and update the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within agency or in house and be extremely organised, with the ability to multi-task and manage their time effectively so that the needs of the business are met
