We're on the lookout for experienced recruiters from either an agency or in-house background, to support with hiring the best talent across the business. You will be up to date with resourcing techniques and be able to manage multiple recruitment processes.
Key duties include:
- Management of full-cycle recruitment process
- Resourcing for all roles using direct channels
- Screening high volume of applications and assessing candidates through CV screening
- Shortlisting
- Interviewing
- Direct sourcing/headhunting
- Stakeholder management
- Tech experience is desirable
- Recruitment related projects eg. D&I, employer branding, interview training etc.
We're looking for confident communicators and relationship builders to provide a high level service to both hiring managers and candidates. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a can do attitude and be highly organised.
The ideal candidate will either have come from a creative background or recruited for roles within the creative industry.
