Handle are excited to be partnering with a leading Global Media brand who are looking for a Talent Partners to join a collaborative team on a 6 month maternity cover basis!

As Talent Partner, you will be partnering with the business to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process, you will help build, shape and transform the way they approach their employer outreach, advising on recruitment and resourcing across your business area. You will immerse yourself in the business area you represent to fully understand the talent need.

The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional talent acquisition service for a number of business areas including Commercial, Marketing and Corporate Functions. You will engage with senior stakeholders across multiple departments on a number of different talent acquisition projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for talent acquisition within your client group
  • Managing end to end recruitment processes including creative direct sourcing
  • Advise on interview best practices and processes
  • Proactively working with the People Partners
  • Identify areas requiring improvement
  • Work with global talent teams

The ideal candidate will have experience managing high volumes of recruitment and projects and be used to delivering an impeccable service to line managers and candidates alike. You will ideally have in house recruitment experience.
