Handle are excited to have partnered with an exciting Digital Agency who are on the lookout for a Talent Sourcer to join their team.

Working alongside an existing Talent team, you will take full responsibility for sourcing for permanent and contract roles as well as assisting with recruitment coordination and taking part in projects. This is a fast-paced environment, so you'll be passionate about building strong talent pools of both active and passive candidates.

The Sourcer acts as a real brand ambassador, delivering the most amazing candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers to help source the best talent
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organisation
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
  • Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience sourcing for permanent and freelance roles within an agency or in-house recruiting team
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies
  • Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill roles

The successful candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated and have strong communication skills.
