Handle are working with a scaling FinTech organisation who are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join their growing People Team.

They are looking for an individual who can work hand in hand with their business leaders to create robust hiring plans and drive real value through delivery.
You will be working on roles across all levels and offices (Grad up to Director Level) within Core Engineering pipeline and Miscellaneous Tech roles.
There will also be a focus on Talent Team projects such as: - upskilling hiring managers, looking at advertising strategies etc. They are trying to embed talent projects into the process alongside delivery. Therefore, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do both delivery and projects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced 360 Recruiter, with an agency background and at least 1-2 years in house experience.
If you are a strong agency recruiter within the specified fields then they are also open to that. You will act as a true partner to the stakeholders, therefore you will need to have excellent stakeholder management - working with senior members/challenging stakeholders.
