2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer
3-month contract - £275-£300 day-rate
Handle is currently working with a Global Luxury retailer in London who are currently in need of a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a contract basis.
Reporting to the Desktop Services Manager you will be responsible for providing a high-quality level of support & customer service to their staff based in the London offices, but also remotely.
For this Desktop Support role, you must have experience across Windows (PC) & Mac as well as strong knowledge of the ITIL framework.
Core Skillset for 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer:
- Must have experience with customer care
- PC & Mac experience in a must
- Windows 7 & Mac OSX
- 2nd Line Desktop Support background
- Virus Protection and Updates
- Security Patching
