Ensure correct applications, hardware and infrastructure technology operations so that users can accomplish business goals. Act as Technical point of reference for 1st line support. Hands-on service at the desk-side and remote support of end-users. Act as an escalation point, involve 3rd line as required. Set standards and procedures to aid 1st line.
Essential technical experience:
Expert knowledge of XP/7/Server 2003/2008 and Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013, experience of supporting LAN/WAN implementations, experience of supporting telephony switches, advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Dameware and Remote Desktop, application support of head office and remote retail applications.
ITIL foundation level, MSCE level certification in comms/server/Private cloud/ messaging/ desktop.
April start, London based, £200-220, 3 month contract.
