We are recruiting for an International Account Manager for one of our favourite clients, an internationally renowned video game publisher of AAA game titles.
This role will give responsibility for managing both the direct and regional accounts for their digital entertainment business and offers the opportunity to proactively seek new business opportunities across new platforms. The role will involve negotiating with accounts for new releases, post release support and all promotional activities; analysing customer service data; stock management; market research; communicating with customers and general sales support and relationship management with the accounts.
It is essential that applicants have excellent customer service and communication skills. Also presentation and organisation skills are key, as well as an ability to play and demo video games. Ideally we are looking for a candidate who can bring an excellent knowledge of the video games market.
