We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator who is confident and self-motivated and can assist the accounts team in:
- Processing of purchase invoices
- Preparation of supplier payment runs
- Preparation of payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier reconciliations
- Reconciliation of credit card/petty cash transactions
The ideal candidate:
- Computer literacy should include a good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail - ability to input data accurately
- At least 6 months experience in accounts
