Handle Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join the busy finance team of a well-known media agency on a temp to perm basis. The company are based in central London and provide a vibrant and exciting working environment.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Coding and processing supplier invoices
- Raising customer invoices
- Reconciliation of aged debt
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing expense forms and petty cash balances
- Liaising with team members and external suppliers
- Assisting with month end tasks as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be available on short notice and have significant experience in an all-round finance role ideally within a media/ entertainment company. Excellent communication skills, advanced Excel and a positive attitude are all essential as is an interest/ passion for media, events or entertainment.
