Handle Recruitment have a new opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a media production company on an interim basis.
The daily duties will be:
- Coding and processing purchase and sales invoices
- Dealing with purchase ledger queries in a professional and timely manner
- Completing balance Sheet reconciliations and reconciling supplier statements
- Managing staff expenses
- Providing ad-hoc support to finance management team
Ideal Applicant:
- Educated to degree level
- Strong ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet strict deadlines
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
