My Client, a Film Production Company in Soho are looking for an Accounts Assistant, with a hands on approach, to assist with a busy period and a back-log of work.
- Processing BACS payments on weekly basis to clients and suppliers.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Inputting supplier and client invoices onto Sage and keeping tracking of any outstanding invoices
- Reconciling a number of bank accounts in multiple currencies.
- Managing petty cash transactions
- Inputting credit card expenses
- Managing Debtors and Creditors list
- Using Sage Accounting software on a daily basis.
- Calculating commission payments on a weekly basis.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Mutli-currency transactional experience is desirable
* Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
* Ability to work well in a team
* Confidence and the ability to communicate articulately
* Willingness to work in a results driven environment
* Provides proactive support to team members
