Handle Recruitment are looking for a bright and motivated Accounts Assistant to join the finance team of an exciting entertainment company based in London's West End! This is a permanent opportunity, and the successful candidate will ideally be studying towards a professional accounting qualification as full study support is offered. You will join a hands on, dynamic team that champions up and coming talent!
The Role:
- Working closely with accounts payable to resolve queries
- Monthly intercompany reconciliations including cash transfers
- Reconciling balance sheets
- Processing weekly revenue and cost journals
- Weekly / Monthly travel and entertainment analysis
- Weekly processing and reconciliation of Petty cash
- Prepare weekly merchandise statements including distribution
- Post merchandise journals and any self-billing invoices
The Candidate:
- AAT studier
- Strong excel skills and knowledge of accounting software
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for the entertainment industry/the arts
