Calling all Purchase Ledger Clerks!! One of the UK's leading media technology companies is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Payable clerk to join their talented team. Based in East London you will have a variety of key responsibilities; assisting with the processing of supplier invoices and maintaining the purchase Ledger accounts for both UK and overseas companies. Reporting to Group Financial Controller Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing high volumes of invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Setting up new suppliers
- Performing reconciliations
- Processing employee expenses
- Managing company credit cards
- Dealing with queries
- Ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and analytical skills, experience with multicurrency and be able to work to tight deadlines. This role suits someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and who has an AAT qualification or equivalent. Media experience is desirable and having experience using SAP will set you at a strong advantage.
