Rapidly growing worldwide they are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join the demanding environment of their Finance team. Based in West London you will need to have a proactive approach to work, supported by strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Processing invoices
- Setting up new suppliers
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing weekly BACS payment runs
- Raising POs and matching against invoices
- Dealing with customer and clients queries
- Ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a University degree or the equivalent and the ability to work to tight deadlines. If you have 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience and think you may be suitable for this role we would love to hear from you!
