Based in Central London you will need to have a proactive approach to work, supported by strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Setting up new suppliers
- Staff expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing weekly BACS payment runs
- Raising POs and matching against invoices
- Dealing with queries
- Ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a University degree or the equivalent and the ability to work to tight deadlines. If you have 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience and think you may be suitable for this role we would love to hear from you!
