Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk? Fancy working for a leading brand within the Media and Entertainment industry? If so Handle Recruitment want to hear from you!
Based in Central London you will be part of the fast paced finance team and will be reporting to the Finance Director. You will have a variety of key responsibilities; assisting with the processing of supplier invoices and maintaining the Purchase Ledger accounts for both UK and overseas companies. You will need to be a pro-active individual who has strong communication skills and high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience within an Accounts Payable position, ideally working with multiple currencies and an understanding of SAP.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Setting up new suppliers
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Processing weekly BACS payment runs
- Processing employee expenses
- Dealing with queries and any ad hoc duties
