Handle Recruitment are working alongside a well-known retail company in seeking an experienced, Accounts Payable Assistant to join their busy team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid Accounts Payable experience who is looking for a new challenge in a great company with a very social and vibrant office!
Based in London, the main responsibilities will include:
- Inputting invoices into accounting system
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintaining petty cash and perform monthly reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs
- Inputting of expenses/ statements
- Reporting and ad hoc duties as required
We are looking for a bubbly and self-motivated candidate with solid purchase ledger experience and excellent communication skills.
