Handle Recruitment are delighted to be representing one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies in the development, production, and marketing of entertainment, news, and information to a global audience. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proficient and dedicated admin assistant to join them on a six month contract. As an administration assistant, you will be supporting a fast-paced team to deliver innovative marketing campaigns whilst developing your own skills. If you have worked previously within a busy administrative support role and will have had exposure to the film/ entertainment industry we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing admin support to the team & additional support to the necessary
  • Managing multiple complex diaries
  • Trailer campaigns - support on set-up logistics (FB page access, chasing markets, fielding requests)
  • Inbox management
  • Travel coordination
  • Preparation of MS PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports
  • Processing expenses/invoices
  • Acting as a gatekeeper to the Directors - recording and transferring messages
  • Preparing board packs prior to internal meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Dealing with facilities/building queries resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Providing ad hoc IT and HR support to the team as required
  • Ad hoc administrative support


  • Strong office admin & IT skills; confident user of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Proactive & enthusiastic; willingness to learn; "can-do" attitude
  • Analytical with outstanding attention to detail, excellent organisational skills; ability to effectively prioritise/manage workload
  • Self-starter & fast learner; ability to work collaboratively within a busy team; work autonomously to deadlines, take initiative & keep calm under pressure
  • Ability to work with confidential materials discreetly & responsibly
  • Excellent communicator (written/verbal) with strong interpersonal skills; confident in communication with senior management


  • Knowledge of the international film/television industry
  • Previous work experience in a similar environment
