An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and self motivated Administrator to join the Buying team of this iconic fashion business. This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate and diligent individual who is looking to provide support to an extremely busy department.
Responsibilities will include:-
- Processing orders
- Checking orders for discrepancies
- Providing administrative support to the Buying/Merchandising departments
- Ad hoc support - answering the phone, dealing with queries, filing and scanning
This is the perfect role for a fashion graduate and/or somebody who has experience working within a similar administrative role within a major retailer. It is essential that applicants have fantastic attention to detail and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word. This is an on going temporary contract where candidates must be immediately available to start.
