Handle Recruitment is partnering with a truly unique and non-traditional Music and Entertainment accountancy firm, currently going through an exciting period of growth, to find their next Administrator/Receptionist.
Based out of cool, creative offices in the heart of the West End, the environment is casual and laid back. They're a fun bunch who enjoy socialising and going to gigs together!
Key features will include:
- Answering any incoming calls from clients
- Meeting and greeting clients coming in to the office and sorting out refreshments
- Ordering stationery
- Filing, administration and mail ordering
- Running Anti-Money laundering checks
- Supporting the team in Ireland with any compliance issues
To be successful in this position, you will need to be super personable, extremely organised and possess a proactive approach to work. You will have previous experience working in a similar office-based role. An interest in finance or accountancy is desirable but not essential.
