My client is one of the UK's fastest growing cosmetics brand which is rapidly growing! They are looking for a bright talented individual to join their family, to continue their mission of providing the very best support for their Ambassadors.
They are looking for a talented Ambassador Experience Associate to supercharge their Ambassador relationships and provide an outstanding service that rivals their competitors.
WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR…

  • You love people, you're an expert chatterbox and you like to think of talking as your hobby.
  • You're excited about the prospect of helping Ambassadors run their very own cosmetics businesses, and even more excited that some of those Ambassadors are going to end up feeling like your friends and family.
  • You're social media savvy (Facebook is your life) and you'd be happy to engage with customers in this way, as well as via email and phone calls.
  • You like to have your ideas heard, take control of your own responsibilities and be recognised for your hard work.


Your day to day role will include:

  • Answering calls from our Ambassadors and building a relationship with them.
  • Helping Ambassadors to problem solve business and product queries
  • Answering emails and social media messages from Ambassadors.
  • Organising birthday and achievement gifts to be sent to Ambassadors.
  • Working with our marketing team to provide feedback on what materials to develop to help boost our Ambassador's businesses.
  • Logging issues and complaints to pass onto relevant departments, and brainstorming ways to improve for our Ambassadors.


Skills we'd love you to bring:

  • Experience in customer support
  • Patience and love of helping others
  • Meticulous organisation
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Understanding of the Social / Direct Selling Industry is a bonus
