If you love nothing more than utilising data to find answers and provide solutions to senior leadership teams across a creative business and are keen to play a key part in influencing business decisions, then this is the role for you!
This is a brand new role to the business and a fantastic opportunity to be responsible for creating and owning reporting and metrics, analytics, and planning across the European offices. You will lead on data and insight initiatives and will work closely with the Area HR Europe team.
In this role you mustn't be afraid to explore new possibilities and to suggest changes as the company wants someone confident and inquisitive to use data analytics and insights to identify improvements not only across the different business areas in the UK but also across the different countries.
- Grow capability within Europe
- Coach and train managers on how to interpret and communicate results
- Create an inventory of standard reports and KPI's for the business
- Conduct regular audits to validate data accuracy
- Provide headcount analysis in all areas of the business
- Participate on project teams as a subject matter expert
- Use SAP to pull reports
