Starting as a temp booking but with the potential for extension, applicants must be immediately available. This will be an initial temp role running for 2 weeks but could have potential to be extended.
Reporting to the Buyers, role responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with all supplier queries on behalf of the department
- Processing huge volumes of purchase orders
- Liaise daily with suppliers and overseas factories regarding samples/orders
- Critical path management
- Administrative duties such as running reports, email/telephone communications/ data entry
- Attend buying meetings
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who possesses an outstanding eye for detail. Applicants must have worked previously within a similar admin position within a busy Buying team and will have the ability to work to an extremely fast pace.
