We're excited to be working on a unique opportunity within one of our Iconic Media Clients on a unique project to support their Compensation & Benefits Team on an initial 6 - 12 months contract.
Joining a lovely team of three, you will act as additional support to ensure the smooth integration of employees following a recent acquisition and act as the main point of contact all things Benefits related during the transition.
Taking full ownership of the new employees and their benefits, you will be setting up new processes and ways of working to help integrate them into the business and take over the management of all third party providers.
To be successful in this role, you must have led or owned the benefits process for your company in either an HR or a specialist Compensation and Benefits role.
You must be knowledgeable in the latest legislation's affecting pensions and understand how the taxable benefits are calculated, though you will have support from a Compensation & Benefits Manager.
We are looking for confident communicators with an excellent customer service approach to take on this key project. You must be organised with an impeccable level of attention to detail to support these new colleagues and make sure that their benefits and ongoing claims/contributions continue without disruption.
