Handle have an exciting new opportunity for a Billing/ Sales Ledger Assistant to join a growing media brand on an ongoing temporary basis. Reporting directly to the Billing Manager, this role offers both variety and a vibrant and social working environment.
Responsibilities of the Billing Administrator will include:
- Raising up to 150 invoices per day
- Resolving client queries
- Assisting in managing debt and sending payment reminders
- Setting up new client accounts on accounting software
- Allocating payments
- Assisting the team with ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 6 months experience in a billing or sales ledger role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are also essential.
