Handle Recruitment are proud to announce we are working alongside one of the leading labels in the Music Industry looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their successful team! Sitting amongst the fast-paced environment of the finance division, you will be assisting with general bookkeeping duties in addition to other ad hoc tasks.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Balancing accounts
- Maintaining Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Dealing with suppliers and making payments
- Managing cashflow daily
- Bank and credit card Reconciliations
- Complete VAT Returns
- Preparing reports and keeping accurate financial records
- Ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' Bookkeeping experience, strong communication skills and a keen interest to gain experience within Music. Excellent Excel and Word skills are beneficial to the role, alongside high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and working knowledge of Sageline50.
